Galaxy 1.0 Release Notes
The Mule Galaxy team is pleased to announce the availability of the 1.0 final release. Mule Galaxy is an open source governance platform with an integrated registry/repository. It includes versioning, lifecycle management, dependency management and policy enforcement features which enable you to effectively govern your applications and services. Support for a wide range of products is included, including support for Mule, Apache CXF, Spring and Maven. Custom integration may also be written via Galaxy's simple Atom Publishing Protocol HTTP API.

Community Edition
Installation
Linux/Unix users may need to increase the maximum number of open file handles in the system, otherwise JAR indexing may fail under load (e.g. when uploading Mule via NetBoot). Details may differ for different OS flavors, however, most common instructions can be found here. Values of 2048 and higher have been reported to work.
At least 128MB heap memory must be available to JVM (running on MacOS X may need a bit more). For Galaxy standalone add the -Xmx128m switch to the java run. For others please consult your container's documentation.
Errata
Please see the JIRA roadmap for a list of features/improvements scheduled for the next release.
