VM roundtrip example

This example comes in two flavors: one for Mule 1.4.x and one for Mule 2.0.x. In order to build the whole lot, perform the following steps:

check out the mule-japex-extensions for Mule 1.4.x from https://svn.muleforge.org/mja/trunk
build the framework and install it into your local repository by issuing
```
mvn clean install
```
check out the mule-japex-extensions for Mule 2.x from https://svn.muleforge.org/mja/branches/mja-mule-2.0.x
build the framework and install it into your local repository by issuing
```
mvn clean install
```
check out the complete example from https://svn.muleforge.org/mja/examples/vm-roundtrip-comparison
build the example using
```
mvn clean compile
```
to run the example use
```
mvn clean package
```

The example's HTML reports will be in the respective module's target/reports directory.
