Getting Help On A Project

There are few ways of getting the right help on a particular project. All can be accessible from the side navigator of the Project Homepage.

• Usually projects have documentation in their Homepage. This can sometimes be accessed from the Documentation side menu item.

• For queries relating to the usage and documentation of the project, use the Project Forum. Here you can view and post questions and discussion threads on the project.

• If you have encountered problems using the product, you can create an issue from the JIRA Project. From the JIRA you can also find history of past issues and fixes related to the particular project.

• For discussions related to development of the project, you can send an email to the project dev Mailing List. Bamboo Builds Notifications, Source Code Changes and JIRA Notifications are all sent automatically to this mailing list for Project Despots and Developers to monitor.

• If the project is inactive, or for any issues related to the MuleForge infrastructure, send an email to support@muleforge.org. The MuleForge Support Team is there to help.
